PDFMade is a service provided by DigiCorp S.r.l. (VAT/Tax ID 06094600654) ("DigiCorp", “we”, “us”).

2. Eligibility and account

  • You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement.
  • If you create an account, you are responsible for your credentials and all activity under your account.
  • You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. The Service

The Service provides tools to convert, edit, and organize PDF documents. We may update, suspend, or modify features for technical, security, or maintenance reasons.

4. Uploads and content

  • You retain rights to the content you upload; you authorize us to process it to provide the Service (e.g., conversion/processing).
  • Do not upload unlawful content or content that infringes third-party rights.
  • If you share content with others, you are responsible for the sharing and for obtaining any required permissions.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service for:

  • unlawful activities, fraud, phishing, or malware distribution;
  • unauthorized access attempts, reverse engineering, or API abuse;
  • interfering with security or availability (e.g., aggressive scraping, DoS attacks);
  • violating applicable laws or third-party rights.

6. Intellectual property

The software, design, branding, and materials of the Service are owned by DigiCorp or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without authorization.
